Services Offered Effective May 2024

Race Timing and Finish Line Management Services RRRC will:
1. Provide a representative to serve as liaison between the club and client to help along the way as needed.
2. If requested, review the race course, start and finish areas, and advise the race director.
3. If requested, review any race marketing materials.
4. Promote the race and allow the client to post on the club web site and Club will post in the bi-weekly electronic newsletter. Client is responsible for providing all copy and Club will provide posting instructions.
5. Provide finish line equipment and setup on race day which includes: 1 overhead clock with stand, time keeping machines,  and finish line chute.
6. Compile race results as outlined by the client prior to the event.

PRICING OF SERVICES
Manually Timed Races:
    • 5K or shorter - $600.00 plus $2 per finisher in excess of 200
    • 8K - $650.00 plus $2 per finisher in excess of 200
    • 10K - $700.00 plus $2 per finisher in excess of 200
    • Other distance – RRRC will provide a customized quote
    • $50.00 per additional timed event
    • $100.00 for a second overhead clock 
Chipped Timed Races:
    • Base Package - $750.00, plus $4 per finisher in excess of 200
Water Services:
    • Notification must be received FIVE days prior to event
    • 5-gallon water bottle - $10.00 each (~10 gallons of water needed per 100 runners, finish line, and each water stop)
    •  We no longer provide cups

Equipment Rental*
If equipment is available, the RRRC will rent clients equipment as follows:
    • Overhead LED clock with stand - $100.00 per rental
    • School special clock and finish line – contact vp-operations@rrrc.org
    • Mini-finish line chute (pylons, cones, nylon tape) - $75.00 per rental
    • Both clock & finish chute (pylons, cones, nylon tape) - $200.00 per rental
    *Client is responsible for picking up and returning.

Other Services:

• Course Certification – The club has members who provide this service for a fee. They are independent contractors. We are happy to refer a race sponsor to one of our club members for this service upon request.

• Race Director Consulting – As part of the race timing and finish line management services provided to the club’s contract clients, our folks will assist with general questions regarding race management. If you feel you need more support, the club also has members who can help you with managing your race for a fee. We’ll discuss this with you before recommending that option.
